Are you seeing an errors, amber lights, or any other indication of an issue?
The first thing I would do is to run a diagnostic on the server to verify the hardware is ok, you can run the embedded diagnostics, or the 64bit diagnostic found here.
If nothing appears in the diagnostic, then you may want to update the server to current on BIOS, iDrac, as well as raid controller.
Beyond that, if the OS is Windows based then you may want to disable the Automatic Restart under Advanced Settings- Startup and Recovery in the Control Panel. What this will do is if there is a Blue Screen event that happens, causing a reboot, this will keep it from rebooting and it will hang on the blue screen and allow you to copy the stop code to identify the issue.
