New Activity

Hello,

I am using SourceOne 6.6 email manager for outlook.

When I am creating a new activity for a policy I am getting following message

"The following data sources are invalid for the activity"

I am trying to create "Archive Historical" activity using my email account.

Has anybody faced this error before?

Good Day Sameer,

You may want to take a look at esg107415 from the Powerlink site. It describes a similar problem, and it may be useful as a troubleshooting tool.

Make sure your Outlook profile is exactly 'EMCSourceOne' (without single quotes).

Thanks for reply.

We were able to fix this problem with the help of EMC engineer.

SourceOne Server was not able to find Global Catalog server.

We made backend changes server config object which fixed the problem.
