CD drive door lock program?

I am looking for a program (preferably freeware) that will let me lock the doors to my CD\DVD drives.  In other words, I want to make it so that the button on the front of the drive will do nothing unless I unlock it from within Windows.  Does anyone know of a program that will do this?

I don't know of any programs that can do this, but there are certainly easy ways to disable CD/DVD drive access, using administrator policies and disabling auto-run.

Perhaps I should have clarified why I wanted this program.  It's not so people can't put CDs in and run them, it's so no one can take a CD out.  I have a new game, and I have a suspicion that my roommate is planning to take it and use it.  So, for the time being I'd like to leave the disc in my drive, and have no way for him to take it out.  I lock my computer whenever I leave it, so the only way he could open the drive is if he presses the button.  If that's disabled, then the disc should be safe.  Unless, of course, he forces it with a paper clip in that little hole, but I suspect that he doesn't know how to do that.
