Hi: I bought my Mom (82)  a Dimension 2100 machine in October of 2001. When she puts a cd in the drive you can hear it running but nothing shows on the screen. I am guesing it isn't reading the cd. We tried differnt cd's and the results are the same with each. Is there any way I can fix this for her? I am not much on tech stuff but with your help I will try. We live far apart so I would have to be able to try to do it all in one visit.. Any suggestions. Thank you all.
