DVD/CDRW doesnt work
I have an Inspiron E1505 running Windows XP Media Center Edition. When I check the device Manager I get the following error:
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
I used the troubleshooter and deleted the driver and let Windows reinstall it but have the same error msg.
Could this be a hardware prob?
Any suggestions?
