symmask shows NULL

Question

Hello, The below is the output of 'symmmask list logins'. The hba is online in the switch and 'symmaskdb -sid -wwn 210000xxxxxxxxxx list devs' shows the list of luns masked to it. But the below symmask output shows that the hba is not logged in the symm. Can anyone pls explain me what to do for this? Thanks in advance. can you double check your zoning ? Masking commands will show you what's in VCM database regardless if the host is there or not.

a) check if the Port is Blocked by other user on the SAN Switch if they MCdata. This will also tell us why the host is not logged on to the array.
