I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 16 7620 2-in-1 and use a pn5122w to take notes.

With this pen I constantly run into connection problems, as if it suddenly shuts off. My drivers are up to date and the battery is already replaced.

Sometimes when removing the battery for 20 seconds it connects again, other times I have to restart my Laptop to do so.
