I am trying to open files like word documents and pdf files an I am having no luck.  I have called many times to Dell an never get an answer or when I do I just get transfered.  I have download adobe reader, quickoffice, and my documents to go all recommended an none will open a word document that is attached to a email.  Any suggestions?
