Do issues on here ever get solved?

I found many similar cases to mine here where my Dell bios hangs when I boot with an exfat formatted drive. But nowhere in these threads do I seen any resolution. Does Dell even help or care about it's products?  I am concerned that I cannot find a fix for this as it is a very major flaw by Dell to not support exfat in their bios and this will surely cause Dell to lose lots of clients when I tell everybody about this.

The probability of solving an issue is directly proportional to the information provided.   Leaving out the model information is a sure way you'll never get a specific recommendation.

Any Dell tablet/mobile device would have to be years old since none have been manufactured since 2016 -- what specific model do you have and exactly what are you trying to do with the drive?
