Hi all,

Could really use some help diagnosing BSOD that started with specific windows updates and is forcing me to continue to use a restore point of 11/4.

The following updates were downloaded and attempt to install with every startup

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3200970)
• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3197954)
• Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3199986)
• Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1607 (for x64-based Systems) (KB3202790)

The system will start and show landing page, it connects to wifi and when trying to sign in goes to BSOD. If you leave landing page, it will BSOD after about 20 seconds. The error message is an APC Index Mismatch issue.  I looked in the event log and think these are the relevant items

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000001 (0x00007ffe579a65e4, 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffb601fc058b80). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 4a42154b-c4e6-48ca-8eff-9946ca8b2e19
• Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware.

I've been posting back and forth over at the MS community but thus far just being told to do the standard collect dmps and post, hoping someone here might be able to assist in resolving.

Dual Intel i5-4300Y / 1.6Ghz

8G RAM

256 Storage

64bit OS

Windows 10 Pro Version 1607, OS build 14393.321

*older files are initial pulls, 2nd set with 12 Nov date were collected after running driver verifier.

Of note - looking at device manager, the Intel Management Interface now has an error icon (wasn't there before the above updates downloaded). Attempted to roll back the driver, but it's the original. Tried to update the driver but it fails to intall, 'device cannot start code 10'

I haven't yet run memtest - 

If anyone could provide info/guidance I'd be very appreciative!
