Has anyone else experienced this?

I downloaded the UnityVSA 4.0.0 just the other day, and deployed it to vSphere 6.0.0 U2.  The deployment goes fine, but when I try to boot the VM, the OS never loads from the VMDK's, and just goes straight to trying to PXE-boot from each of the NICs.  After they all fail, it just sits there at "Operating System not found".  Using the VMware BIOS boot menu to select the hard disk as the boot device results in the same behavior.
