i need help accessing google and most other search engines. every time i try to go to these sites, i am always redirected to a page that says there is no website at this address. in the top lefthand corner of the screen, there is a logo for a company called cPanel. I went to their website and discovered they are some kind of webhost or something. I've been reading on this forum some and downloaded hijackthis onto my computer. I ran this scan and being moderately computer knowledgeable, i went ahead and deleted some things i knew were not supposed to be there (such as things that had virus names that came up when i ran NAV) I also have ad-aware and ran this many times and came back clean every time. I have posted both of my scan logs, the first one being the first scan i ran and the second being the scan i ran after i cleaned what i knew was bad. Perhaps i'm not as savvy as i thought. please help me. I think google is probably the most used site on the net and i'm no different. thank you in advance for your help and expertise.
