Mix RAID Type coming from Flare 31
Is it safe to assume there isn't any issues expanding pools with a new tier of disks after upgrading to Flare 32? For example, RAID 5 pool consisting of 5 Flash and 25 SAS today on Flare 31. Will I be able to introduce 16 NL-SAS in either 6+2 or 14+2 RAID 6 to that same pool?

Yes – as long as that tier does NOT already exists in the pool
If it does then added disks get the same RAID config as the existing ones
