Blue Screen - BSOD

I have Dell Vostro 3500.

It's randomly rebooted (Blue Screen of Death).

What could be the exact reason to resolve the issue

    This page at the MS forum may help. But in addition I would suggest running diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any memory errors. Also go to this page at Memtest86 and download the free software. It will create a bootable flashdrive which will test your RAM. If during the test you have even one fail then the RAM is bad.

    Hi,

    I Ran Mem86 it passed the RAM test.

     

    What other option i can adopt i also ran memory diagnostics from Windows and it also passed Dell hardware diagnostics.
