In Windows 11 Dell Power Manager is not required. Open MyDell app and click on Power , there you can see these settings.

Please power off computer and wait a few minutes. Power on computer, boot into windows, wait a few minutes and then try downloading Dell Power Manager app, hopefully it will installed onto computer.

Please list Dell model number and version of windows for further assistance.

Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
