After boot up and reaching the desktop I get a Blue Screen Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA in Windows 10. 

I am using a Dell Inspiron 3421.  As I understand the problem is due to the driver for the Dell Wireless 1704 Network Adaptor.  I appear to already have the latest driver and after reinstalling I still have the same issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
