cannot delete BIOS flash install file

Ok I downloaded the IXPS2A05 revision for my Dell Inspiron XPS Gen 2 and installed it. The BIOS was successfully flashed and windows started up. Right click, delete IXPS2A05 from desktop. Cannot delete because its being used by something else. I use WhoLockMe? to see what it is.. suprise suprise its explorer.exe! I restart and try deleting it again, nope. So I restart in safe mode and try it again.. NOPE! I've had this trouble before with VIDEO driver upgrade from DELL. What do I do?
(Oh btw, can't kill process for explorer cuz it just starts up again and uses the file.) - Thanks.
