On 3/14/12 a 3rd party contractor came and setup and transferred all my info from old Dell "puter".  Worked wonderful.  Hours and hours on hold and being transferred we were told this was a software problem and we didn't purchase software support although we were told by the sales person we bought full support for five years.  Through out numerous calls and transfers the sales person, supervisor, manager have never called us back.  We are currently in dispute. We paid $1600 for all of the this. We do have a pending issue number that has been escalated to 48 hours response. In the meantime, does anyone know how to fix this error without me having to output any more money?  My gratitude in advance.
