having troubles connecting a bluetooth device (cellphone)

until some days ago, i could connect my cellphone to my computer with no problems.

suddenly, i couldn't copy my pics from my cell -which i have done a million times- unless i first right-clicked on the bluetooth icon and selected "recieve file" (rough translation, it's in spanish), which you might understand is very annoying to do when you have to transfer 20+ pics.

also i can't explore pics, videos or sound files from "my computer->motorola", which i was able to do before. i enter the motorola folder, it puts up the flashlight like it's exploring, but after a minute or less it's just a blank screen.}

the computer's the same: an inspiron 1525 and the cell is a motorola v3.

can somebody help me?
