Hibernation Problem - automatically resuming

Hi,
 
Ok, i know that this topic is a problem with Vista, and has been discussed often. I am still unable to find a solution to this and want to know of any other tips I should do.
 
For the past 2 days now, my computer has been waking up automatically from hibernation at around 1am. I checked the event viewer which showed what time it was waking up at.
 
Here at the things that i did/turn off, thinking it would solve the problem:
 
1. Disabled turn on via LAN network connection on my network card settings, as instructed by other forums and web sites.
2. Selected "Download Updates, but let me choose whether to download and install them" in the Windows Update settings
3. Turn off automatically download updates on Windows Defender
4. Checked Trend Micro Anit-virus to not download updates during the early time periods
5. Set Windows Media Center to manuall update program guide settings
6. I turned off the User Account Control
 
I think i covered everything possible? If i am missing something, or should look at, please tell me. I am curious to know what others have done to solve this problem.
 
Also, is there a way/place where i can see exacly what program is making my computer wake up?
 
I really want to like Vista, and for the most part i do. However something as simple as telling the computer to go into hibernation and expecting it to stay in hibernation, shouldn't cause frustations.

    The only thing I notice is
     
    Updates
    I think the option you selected is
    "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them"
     
    This means the machine will turn on to download updates

    Any other have any advice? Surely others are having the same problem?

    Ok, I think i know the culprit. I had thought i  set Windows Media Center to manually update, but it wasn't. I even stayed up till 1am, placed my computer on hibernation a few minutes before, and behold, right at 1am, my computer woke up. I was able to see the windows media center was getting updates for the program guide.
     
    Question:
     
    Can i set it to automatically update, but not at 1am, rather at a different time like during the day when my computer is actually ON? I do not see why they set it to update at 1am!?
