Select the dell data safe local back up option, following the instructions, while following the instruction you will get the option to backup or without backing up restore windows file, Choose  without backing, it will restore the OS like a brand new Computer, also will wipe all the Files SW, Changes you put on the computer since you bought it..... Nothing else is required
