Today, I got my new DELL laptop (inspiron 1520, windows vista) and I was quite happy. I created my user profile and did the first settings. Then I had the first problems with the internet...I tried everything, but I can't catch a connection with it. My dad advised me to delete my user profile and start again with everything.

 

...And that was a huge mistake :(, because the other profiles "Guest" and "Administrator" are not activated. That means, that I have no chance to log me in. What can I do??

 

Is it possible to create a new profile without logging in? Or should I do something in the Boot Menu (F12), when I turn on my laptop?

 

It wouldn't be a problem for sure, when everything would be like it was when I got my laptop from DELL. Is such a "backup" possible?

 

I really have no glue, what I should do :womansad:...
