A friend cannot type in information in any search bar - google for example. The cursor will just not go there. At first he thought it was an AOL problem, but the same thing happens when he clicks on START and tries to access the Help menu, He cannot access the search bar.

 

However he can access the web address bar and the Search options for files and folders etc. Any ideas anyone?
