Internet Explorer ( new window does not load )

Question

When I right click on a link and select 'open link in new window' the new page will not load. I get the tool bar across the top, but nothing else. If I click stop and then click go it will load. I'm getting no error messages. I've tried to reset internet explorer to default settings with no luck. Any help would be great.

You can also set IE to auto open New Window when you click on URL;
To auto open New Windows for URL link use regedit ;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
AllowWindowReuse set DWORD to 0

Did you ever find a solution to this issue?  I have had it occur on 2 computers in my office now.  Thanks for your advice about stop and refresh.  I never thought of that because the tool bars don't even come up in the new windows.  But I was able to hit Esc then F5 and that did load the window.  Not the best solution but it is at least getting us by now.  Did you ever find a real fix?
