Java ActiveX Control Size = 0 bytes ?

My ActiveX controls are in the folder Windows\Downloaded Program Files.  There are 2 duplicate ActiveX controls from Sun for Java Runtime Environment.  I have no idea why there are duplicates--same dates and everything else.
 
My question concerns the Size, which is displayed as None.  The Properties confirm the size as 0 bytes.  This certainly puzzles me--why is this?
 
Oh yes, my Java works fine.

    When looking at properties, check the dependencies tab. If no files are listed, they are not doing anything, in which case I would just remove them (right click remove). I don't have any ActiveX controls there relating to Java. If they were downloaded at some site (the URL will be shown on the general tab), they will be downloaded again if you need them next time you visit that site.
