Norton IS 2005 with spy ware NEED HELP
Norton is affecting my computer shut down. Takes forever. Sometimes get message " ccApp.exe not responding during shutdownI have tried everything the Norton site said to do with no results. Also my Live update will not run. Keep getting error message LU 1840 saying "Auto live Update running in back ground" Once again tried every solution Norton offered on web site. Someone suggested I uninstall and then reinstall Norton. What do you think of that? Any help would be appreciated. calvista

Norton IS usually slows down any machine. The ccApp is the Antivirus scanner often shows this message at shutdown.
I would really try to uninstall everything (also Live Update) and reinstall...
