I have an Inspiron 6400 with Windows XP.  I tried to restore it to the original factory settings (through Ctrl+F11 etc).  It started Symantec Ghost but then the restore failed.  Now, when I boot up, i get "Loading PBR for descriptor 2....done" and nothing else happens. 

Any suggestions about what I should do?  Thanks.
