Can be updated to Windows 11, but these models sold in China did not ship with a TPM or a PTT option in BIOS. 

My question here is whether these models can be updated to Windows 11 and if they can, will dell roll out a new BIOS to enable PTT support for these models.

(Sorry to post the question here, the Chinese support team was useless and provided me with nothing)

Edit: these models do support PTT, but Dell decided to disable it for no apparent reason.
