Hi , how are you all ?

I have a dell inspiron 15r labtop With windows 8.1 

It was fine until I installed virtual box 

After I restarted my laptop it goes okey until the password screen no matter how many times I try to draw the password for the picture it will not log on .  After that I restarted it again and directly when the password screen showed up  I chosen switch to password < this one by using the keyboard

By the way I figured out this the only way for me to log on. Now the good news is my laptop log on but..

Look to this picture my laptop still like this no matter what

By the way if I choose desktop it go for it but still like this picture without anything shows up

Could any one help with that please ?
