I need some help. I am trying to load some new software however, I keep getting an error on my computer that states: The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance. I thought maybe I had dowloaded something that corrupted my file and restored my computer to an earlier date and I still receive this error. Any help is greatly appreciated.
