Windows Virtual Memory

It happened during the night time when I was not using my computer. My monitor was off on standby mode but cpu was on.
 
I had the following message waiting for me in the morning:
 
"Windows-Virtual Memory Minimum too low. Your system is low on v.m. Windows is increasing the size of your v.m paging file. During this process, memory requests for some application may be denied. For more info - see Help".
 
I don't find any reference to this issue in Start>Help & Support. Which Help this message was referring to?
 
I never had this kind of message ever before. How do I check the size of Virtual Memory in Windows XP SP2?

    hi there
         if you have received this particular error only once, you can ignore it becasue Windows tries to fix the problem bu itself. if it hapens over and over again, then you can change it manually.
    to check the virtual memory size.
    1. Right click My computer --> properties
    2. click on the Advanced tab -->settings under the performance option.
    3. select advanced again on the next window.

    Many thanks. I am going to ignore it as it happend once only. However, I will keep an eye on this problem if it come up again and again. I will increase the size of virtual memory if it come up again.
