Go to SolutionBSOD (bcmpciedhd63.sys) SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Hello,
I have a Dell XPS 9550, with BIOS 1.9.0. I have been having consistent BSODs. It starts with UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION (without any more information, neither does it store any of the minidump files - I have looked already). This is followed by the BSOD mentioned in the title every 50 minutes or so when the Wi-Fi reconnects due to roaming around my university campus. Seems to happen few minutes after waking up from sleep. It says that the drivers for the Wi-Fi card crashed. I have tried both 2015 and 2017 drivers for the Dell 1830 Wireless card, and neither fixed the issue. I have reinstalled them as well, but it still persists. Sometimes it won't return from sleep at all (black screen), making me force a restart by holding down the power button. It randomly wakes up in my backpack, draining my battery and overheating until it dies. I even tried restoring the system to a point before it apparently started, but still it did not fix the issue. So I undid the system restore and currently have all the latest drivers, windows updates, etc. Please note that I changed the BIOS after the issues started: it was initially on 1.8.x.
Any help would be appreciated.
