I'm facing a persistent issue with my Dell XPS 9315 laptop(brought around Sep '22). Whenever I connect it to the charger, the fan immediately speeds up, and the laptop becomes excessively hot.

I initially contacted the Technical Support team on March 15th  regarding this matter.  They have done many part replacements and a clean OS installation, and other upgrades, but the problem persists. It's frustrating to invest over 20+ hours in troubleshooting only to receive the same set of solutions repeatedly again now, and they are now sending old refurbished laptop and I really do not want that.

I do not know what to do now! Does anyone know how to raise the issue to the cooperate or any other suggestion if you are not satisfied by the tech support team?
