Hello

I have been trying to troubleshoot my wifi issues. After not being able to connect, I plugged my ethernet cord in and started researching quick/easy fixes.

I've tried updating drivers, uninstalling then reinstalling drivers, scanning hardware for changes, recovering to an older state when wifi was working and probably a couple more that I can't remember right now. 

This is my last resort lol

When I go to Device Manager, I have to select Show Hidden Drivers to see my wifi adapter (Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX500-DBS Wireless Network Adapter) which the icon for is faded. When Right clicking on this adapter, it shows 

When I click on properties, this is what shows

Can anyone help me with this? I am unsure of what to do or try next and I can't buy a new PC right now.

I can provide more information if needed.
