My dell xps 15 9570 downloaded a driver update and after the update applications would freeze and videos would always play an error message. My first solution was to restore to a previous version, that took about 6 hours and didn't solve anything because now that same driver update auto downloaded and ruined my computer again, so now I'm wondering if there's a more permanent solution. I recently tried resetting my pc with the "keep my personal files" option but that also did not fix my issue. Thanks!
