Das letzte Jahr hat einer großen Zahl an Angestellten in Büros klar bewiesen, dass sie mit der richtigen IT-Ausstattung ihren Job von überall aus erledigen können. Einige haben daran gefallen gefunden, andere wollen zurück ins Büro. Viele wollen die neue Flexibilität zumindest temporär weiterhin nutzen. „Arbeit“ bezeichnet zukünftig nicht unbedingt einen Ort, es ist eine Tätigkeit – und die Ergebnisse zählen – statt Präsenz.
Unternehmen, die ihren MitarbeiterInnen auch künfitg anbieten, ihren Arbeitsort flexibler wählen zu können und zwischen Arbeitstagen in Büro- und Homeoffice hin und her zu wechseln, stehen nicht zuletzt auch in der Gunst von BewerberInnen hoch im Kurs.
Wie müssen Arbeitsplatzkonzepte umgestaltet werden, um in hybriden, flexiblen neuen Verhältnissen zu funktionieren?
