It also includes additional features customers often want, such as coverage for accidents where available, Extended Battery Service on eligible Alienware laptops, parental control setup help, international support while traveling, onsite service after remote diagnosis, and SupportAssist features including proactive issue detection, predictive hardware alerts, and automatic performance optimization on supported systems.

Alienware Elite Care includes our fastest repair model, onsite service after remote diagnosis, usually within 1 to 2 business days in large metropolitan areas, depending on location and entitlement. 

In most markets, Alienware Elite Care includes coverage for accidents as part of the support experience. 
Due to regulatory requirements, in Australia, accident-related protection is offered separately as an optional extra rather than included in the standard online consumer purchase flow. 
Where this coverage is offered, it can help protect against incidents such as drops, spills, and electrical surges, with no hidden fees or deductible. 
Coverage is limited to 1 qualified accident claim per 12-month contract period. Exclusions apply, including theft, loss, intentional damage, and damage caused by fire, flood, or other acts of nature. Terms and availability vary by market. 

Yes, on eligible Alienware laptops. Alienware Elite Care covers your battery by a combination of your hardware warranty and Extended Battery Service. Extended Battery Service is available in years 2 through 4. 
Extended Battery Service is available only on PCs engineered with a battery, such as laptops, and it is limited to 1 qualified battery incident. Battery support is not available in year 5. Availability can vary by system and market. 

You can add Alienware Elite Care when you buy a new Alienware system on Dell.com and include it in your cart at checkout. 
In markets where it’s available after purchase, customers may be able to add Alienware Elite Care to an existing Alienware system, subject to eligibility and local rules. In markets where it isn’t available after purchase, it can’t be added later. Customers may still have other options, such as Alienware Care, depending on eligibility and market availability.
