Build A New Report

Please contact your Dell Account Team to get this report set up for your organization.

Check with the Premier Site Admin of your organization whether you have the user rights to access reports.

When creating your report, you can either run it once or save it as a personal template. You can also save it as an enterprise template which will be visible to all the users from your access group.

Premier users can retrieve data up to the last 2 years and download up to 25 000 records.

You can download reports in CSV format. For reports beyond 12 months, click “Email” to receive the CSV report in your inbox.

Create templates

When creating your report, save it as a personal template to access it under the “Saved reports” tab. You can also save it as an enterprise template which will be visible to all the users from your access group.

Your saved reports are editable and can be deleted anytime. 

Saved reports are currently visible only to the users who created them. Personal templates are visible only to you. However, enterprise templates are visible to all users from the same access group you are a part of.

Schedule a report

When choosing to save the report as a personal template, you can schedule report delivery by email, ensuring you always have the insights you need, when you need them. When creating an enterprise template; you get to add up to 10 email recipients - users from the same access group you are a part of.

You can schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly report delivery by email.

Yes, you can edit, pause, or delete schedules effortlessly under the “Report Schedules” tab.
