TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Instant Cash Discount is only applicable to the eligible selected models under the Corporate Employee Purchase Program (CEPP or Program) as listed above under “Corporate Employee Purchase Program – Eligible Laptops, Desktops & Monitors”.
2. This Program is open to staff members of a corporate organisation, Dell corporate customer or professional body who are currently part of the eligible organisation (Employee or you). Proof of email address or employee/member ID badge number issued by the respective organisation to the Employee will be required for verification purposes in order to be eligible for this Program.

This Program is valid till 31 December 2023.4. All purchases are subject to
Dell’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.5. To redeem the offer visit
www.dell.com.sg and insert the Cash Discount Voucher code at the "Cart" Page.
6. Cash Discount Voucher can only be redeemed when the order is confirmed at Check-Out in the Dell Online store.
7. Cash Discount Voucher cannot be redeemed after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
8. If you use the Cash Discount Voucher and subsequently cancel or return the order, the Cash Discount voucher will no longer be valid, and the respective voucher code cannot be reapplied to another order.
9. The Cash Discount Voucher cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
10. All orders are subject to Dell’s approval, and it is only considered accepted by Dell after the Employee received a written order confirmation. Dell reserves the right to cancel any order that is placed under wrongful conditions.
11. Dell reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time.
12. This voucher will not be applicable for all clearance products on Dell.com.13. This Program is not available in conjunction with other offers, cash discount, privileges or programs, unless otherwise expressly stated.
14. Dell reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
15. All decisions made by Dell in respect of this Program or in the event of any dispute(s) are final.
16. This Program is limited to within Singapore.
17. Mistakes: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.
18. All purchases under this Program are subject to verification of a valid eligibility and proof via call or chat by Dell. False representations of eligibility shall void the offer and Dell reserves the right to cancel or collect the full price of any such order placed.
