The Dell Technologies Code of Conduct, “How We Win” provides guidance on how we carry out our daily activities across Dell Technologies in accordance with our culture and values, as well as in compliance with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws in the countries in which we work and serve. Ultimately we all adhere to one global standard: we win with integrity.

Speak Up: Your voice matters

One of the ways that Dell maintains an ethical culture is by relying on observers of misconduct to Speak Up. This is followed by a thorough and confidential investigation conducted by trained experts. Speak Up is our reporting system for anyone to report (anonymously, if desired) suspected violations of Dell Technologies' Code of Conduct, policies, or applicable laws. Those reporting in good faith are protected from retaliation.​
