Delivery Dates

For specific delivery dates for any given product, click on “View Delivery Dates” on the product page and enter the post code of your delivery address.
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Dell will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel or PO Box.

Next Business Day Delivery

Order a product marked as available for next business day delivery before 5 pm Monday - Friday and get it the next business day (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays) subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Next Business Day Delivery option is only available if the product is purchased without adding additional products which are not marked as eligible for ‘next business day delivery’. If additional non-eligible ‘next business day delivery’ products are added, the estimated order delivery date will be stated at the Check-Out page.
  • Next business day delivery is available for select products purchased from Dell.co.uk.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered via the fastest available method and generally within 3-5 days depending on customer location.
  • Valid for UK mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, and all overseas territories).
  • Order size limitations apply - maximum 5 units per transaction.
  • Next business day delivery is dependent on orders being placed by debit/credit card or PayPal, payment being successively received, and upon confirmation of order. Other payment methods used may result in order processing delays which may affect delivery times.
  • Delivery dates may become unavailable due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order.
  • Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation, subject to any relevant restrictions applying.
  • Any changes made to your order after it is placed may affect the timing of your delivery.
  • Orders financed through Dell Financial Services may be subject to a verification hold which may impact the delivery date.
  • Next business day delivery may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (such as a strike, natural disaster, pandemic, severe weather), and during busy times (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions).

Frequently Asked Questions

After receiving your order, Dell prepares and sends it by the appropriate delivery method. Note that product availability and custom configurations may cause delivery delays.
  • Once you place an order and as soon as the payment authorization is received the order will move to production stage (Dell-branded products) or getting ready for packaging (non-Dell branded products).
  • The days to ship your product are applied AFTER your order has completed production/packaging. It does not include the time to build and assemble your order.
  • The Estimated Delivery Date communicated to you at the time of purchase provides you an estimate of when the product will reach you.
  • Your Online Order Support provides you with the most current status of your order as well as access to key features that help you manage your order.
  • There will be no notification prior to carrier delivery. The carrier link provided on your Online Order Support will provide the latest delivery information. Do I need to sign for delivery?
  • The Shipment might require a signature depending up on various factors, including product type, price, delivery location Etc.
  • If you are not available to sign for the delivery, you can arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf –at the same address.
  • As soon as you have submitted your order, the delivery address is verified.
  • To help prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address after your order is submitted and verified.
  • If you won’t be available to accept delivery, you can arrange for another adult to take delivery on your behalf — as long as it is at the same address.
