Dell Technologies World will take place in Las Vegas, May 18-21, 2026. Sessions will kick off Monday morning with a packed agenda through midday Thursday.

ABOUT REGISTRATION

How do I register for Dell Technologies World?

Click here to begin your registration for Dell Technologies World 2026. If you’ve already registered, refer to your confirmation email for instructions on logging into your account to manage your registration.

Can I make a group purchase for registration?

Yes, simply use the Group Purchase portal. After creating a group manager account in the portal, you may select the number of passes you would like to purchase. When you purchase 10 or more passes in one transaction, you will receive a discount to $2,495 per pass. Please note that payment must be completed with a credit card at time of purchase to complete your transaction. After completing purchase, you can invite your group members to register directly from the Group Managers portal via an invitation email. Invitees will not be required to make payment for their conference pass, though they will have the option to select additional items that may require additional payment.

What if I need to cancel or substitute my registration for Dell Technologies World?

Sorry that you can’t join us. Cancellation requests made prior to April 26, 2026, will receive a full refund. Requests made April 27, 2026, or later will receive no refund. Group purchases will receive no refund. For more information, please check out our registration policies.

Are there any incentives for registering early?

Yes, early registrant win big! Register today for exclusive perks and discounts. Be among the first to register to receive a $200 off discount and select your registration gift. Make your gift choice during the registration process to get a free guest pass to the Experience or a $100 credit to the onsite merch store. Your $200 off discount will be automatically applied at check out. Act fast as this is a limited off to the first 500 registrants before January 23, 2026.

Are there benefits for return attendees?

You are eligible for the Alumni Program if you attended Dell Technologies World in person any year since 2018. Your benefits will be automatically applied when you complete your registration. You will be eligible for a $200 off discount and registration gift, if you register before February 13, 2026. If you register at any time, you will be eligible to purchase a discounted guest pass to The Experience on Wednesday evening for $100, as well as receive special badge recognition and onsite premier perks. When do I need to wear my conference badge?

After you pick up your badge at the convention center, you will need it for admission for all conference sessions, events and activities. Please make sure it is visible at all times. A badge replacement fee of $2,595 will be charged for each replacement badge printed.

How can I access the invoice for my Dell Technologies World registration?

You can print your invoice directly from the final page of your registration process.

Can I reserve seats for any sessions?

Seating for all sessions is first come, first served. Your conference agenda and calendar are for your convenience to plan your onsite time only – not a booking tool or reservation system.

The Solutions Expo, also known as the exhibit floor, is the place to experience the full Dell Technologies ecosystem. It’s where you’ll get hands-on with all the latest tech and emerging trends, all while interacting with industry-leading technologists and decision-makers.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

Where is the best place to stay during my trip to Dell Technologies World?

We have reserved room blocks at The Venetian and The Palazzo. Both towers are equal distance to the conference center. Be sure to book your room early to take advantage of discounted rates.

How do I get from Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to my hotel?

You are responsible for securing transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel of your choice. Cab, shuttle and rideshare services are available at the airport. Please make sure to alert your driver of which tower you are staying at to make arrival as easy as possible.

What do I do if I need a visa letter to travel to Dell Technologies World?

If you are traveling from a location that requires you to obtain a visa letter, please note this on your registration form when asked. You will need to register for Dell Technologies World before a visa letter can be issued.
