    Advancing people of color

    • We partner with organizations around the globe to share and gain valuable insight into best practices that help us promote a strong culture of diversity and inclusion. Discover our partnerships with organizations supporting the advancement of individuals of color.

    • Women of Color

Women of Color is a gender, generation, and race/ethnicity focused program serving communities who share common experiences. With a focus on personal and professional development, diverse talent acquisition support and community outreach, WOC offers a portfolio of services, programs and tools. Team members and business units can use these to collectively bring forth solutions to attract, retain, develop and promote diverse talent across Dell Technologies.

    • Black Enterprise

Black Enterprise provides business knowledge and advice to African American professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and decision makers. Black Enterprise hosts a number of events to support their mission, including the Women of Power Summit, Black Men Xcel, and Tech ConneXt.

    • Project Immersion

The lack of representation of underrepresented minorities in tech means that many of our best and brightest – the problem solvers and critical thinkers – are not included. As a result, America’s global competitiveness suffers.

Dell has the opportunity to become the employer of choice for this important demographic. Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) and Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) can empower their students with knowledge to enhance their academic/career outcomes.

    • Dell/Black Enterprise Symposium

In partnership with Black Enterprise, and Dell Technologies’ family of businesses, the BE: Smart Symposium brings together top talent (Junior and Senior HBCU and other university STEM students) to Dell to participate in a data science competition. Through the Symposium, participants will gain exposure to Dell executives and strategically aligned business leaders (VMWare, Pivotal, etc.) to network, prepare for on-site interviews for a potential internship or full-time hire, and present their innovative design thinking concept for the challenge.

    • Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR)

HACR partners with Dell to develop talent and advance the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America. HACR focuses on four areas of corporate responsibility and market reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy and Governance.

    • Development & Retention

At Dell Technologies we strive to connect talent with opportunity.
