When Dell PowerStore encounters a problem, an error alert is generated to help identify the issue. Cause
When Dell PowerStore encounters a problem, an error alert is generated to help identify the issue.
Resolution
| Alert ID | SDNAS_VIRUS_CHECKER_ALL_SERVERS_UNREACHABLE |
| Alert Text | No virus checker server is available. |
| Error Code | (0x01300B02) |
| Description | No virus checker server is available. Virus checking is not operational until a virus checker server becomes available. |
| Resolution | Solution Make sure the virus checker servers are online. This can be verified using PowerStore Manage. Navigate in the PowerStore Manager to the Network Attached Storage (NAS) server’s security settings. Storage -> NAS Servers: select a specific NAS server by name and then open the Security tab. Alternatively, REST or CLI can be used. |
