How to Remove the Battery on Alienware 17 R3

Welcome to Dell tech support. In this video, we'll go over the steps for performing a part replacement on your Dell PC. First unscrew and remove access door. Then disconnect battery cable. Now disconnect cables from motherboard. Then remove palmer screws.

Now separate and turn over palm rest. Now disconnect and remove palm rest. Now remove cables from motherboard. Then unscrew and remove battery. Once replaced, your PC should be ready to be used again.
