How to Check if the Touchpad Responds in SupportAssist Diagnostics

This video will demonstrate the how to check if the touchpad responds in supportassist diagnostics.

Turn on or restart your computer. At the Dell logo screen, repeatedly tap the F12 key to enter the one time boot menu. Select diagnostics and then press the escape key to stop the default tests. Click on advanced test. Use the touchpad to select individual tests and make sure it is functioning properly.
