This package contains the Dell Command | Update application. Dell Command Update is a stand-alone application for client systems, that provides updates for system software that is released by Dell. This application simplifies the BIOS, firmware, driver, and application update experience for Dell client hardware. This update addresses the Dell Security Advisories (DSA). A security advisory is a statement when a security vulnerability impacts a product, and a remedy is available for the vulnerability.

- Implemented a fix to automatically clear the Reboot required toast notification after the system restarts.
Enhancements:
- Introduced a feature that allows administrators to locally block specific software updates preventing installation through Dell Command Update. Blocklisted updates no longer appear in recommended updates and are automatically skipped during scans or installation.
- Introduced the ability to limit update-package download rates between 1 to 999 Mbs. Administrators can enable Limit
Download Rate and specify the desired value in Mbs. The limit applies to new downloads but existing downloads continue at the previous rate.
- Added a new user interface link that allows users to submit feedback directly from within the Dell Command Update application.
- Added a Ring Deployment feature for latest or stable driver updates.
- Improved application stability performance and efficiency.

Note: Your system requires a restart after installing the application. The restart can be deferred but must be completed to ensure that the update is installed.
Download
1. Click Download File.
2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Double-click the .exe file.
2. Click Install.
3. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
License Agreement screen is displayed.
4. Select I accept the terms in the license agreement and click Next.
5. Click Install, on the Begin Install screen.
6. Click Finish on the Installation Complete screen.
7. Click OK
