Symptoms
Repurpose Schedules are inappropriately deleted during the nightly automatic AppSync internal maintenance function.
Repurpose Schedules will be found to be missing from the Appsync GUI when viewing the Repurpose Schedules.
Cause
A task Collision triggers the inappropriate behavior of marking the Repurpose Schedule's Hidden Service Plan for deletion.
The nightly automatic AppSync internal maintenance function deletes any Service Plan marked for deletion.
The following is found in the AppSync Server log:

Resolution
A hotfix exists to prevent this issue from occurring in AppSync 3.1.0.2. Contact EMC Customer Support to request this hotfox. Quote this Knowledgebase article when calling in a new Service Request for this issue.
