Sintomi

  • Errore di scrittura
  • Interruzione temporanea dell'alimentazione del sito (TSO)

Causa

Quando il bucket è abilitato per ADO ma per READ ONLY durante una TSO, l'applicazione non può scrivere nel bucket. Ciò si applica a tutti i protocolli (S3, CAS, Swift o ATMOS).

Risoluzione

  1. Se sono presenti errori di SCRITTURA segnalati durante una TSO in corso, ma le transazioni di LETTURA hanno esito positivo, controllare la funzionalità ADO (Access During Outage) del bucket.

  1. Verificare se ADO sul bucket è abilitato, ma con l'opzione READ-ONLY. Se l'opzione ADO READ-ONLY è abilitata, si prevede che le transazioni WRITE abbiano esito negativo nel bucket fino al completamento della TSO.
