잘못 구성된 WinRM 수신기, SSL 인증서 지문이 잘못되었거나 누락됨, 필수 포트에 대한 방화벽 규칙 없음, PPDM 20.1에서 지원되지 않는 Azure Arc 지원 Azure Stack HCI 클러스터가 있습니다.

• WinRM 포트 5986의 수신기가 누락되었거나 클러스터 FQDN과 일치하지 않는 인증서를 사용하여 연결이 재설정되었습니다.
• 방화벽이 TCP 5986(WinRM HTTPS) 및 TCP 5896(에이전트 통신)으로 인해 에이전트가 등록되지 않습니다.
• ZeroMQ error 11 위의 연결 문제로 인해 Hyper-V Protection 에이전트가 메시지를 받을 수 없음을 나타냅니다.

1. 구성 WinRM HTTPS 리스너
   • 만들 HTTPS (영어) WinRM 모든 Hyper-V 노드에 대한 포트 5986의 수신기
   • 각 수신기가 올바른 인증서 지문을 사용하고 DNSNameList/SAN 클러스터 이름을 포함합니다.
   • 다음 명령을 사용하여 수신기 확인 winrm enumerate 및 Invoke-WebRequest.
2. 일치하는 SSL 인증서 배포
   • 생성 클러스터 FQDN과 일치하는 SSL 인증서.
   • 모든 클러스터 노드에 인증서를 배포합니다.
   • 각 노드 의 WinRM 새 지문을 참조하는 HTTPS 수신기입니다.
3. 방화벽 규칙 업데이트
   • 모든 노드에 인바운드 규칙을 추가하여 TCP 5986(WinRM HTTPS) 및 TCP 5896(에이전트 통신)을 지원합니다.
4. PowerProtect Data Manager 액세스 구성 재생성
   • 각 노드에서 "PPDM 액세스 구성 재생성"을 실행합니다.
   • FQDN, 호스트 이름 및 인증서 지문이 예상 값과 일치하는지 확인합니다.
5. PowerProtect Data Manager 클러스터 그룹 구성
   • 6노드 Hyper-V 클러스터의 두 추가 노드에 대해 누락된 PowerProtect Data Manager 클러스터 그룹 항목을 추가합니다.
6. 연결 검증
   • 각 Hyper-V 클러스터를 자산 소스로 다시 추가합니다. 모든 노드가 연결되었는지 확인합니다.
   • 없이 Data Mover 에이전트 설치 및 백업 작업이 실행되는지 확인 500‑code 또는 ZeroMQ 오류.
